Six years ago Michelin Star trained Chef Geoff Scott became Chef-Owner at Vinnies, imbibing the restaurant with his passion for locally-grown produce and French flair. Geoff's cooking talent has taken him around the world and enabled him to work in some of the world's finest kitchens - working with some of the greatest chefs the culinary world has known including Albert Roux, Nico Ladenis, Gualtiero Marchesi and Alain Ducasse.
Well known both in New Zealand, Australia and in different parts of Europe, Geoff has graced our television screens over the years on TV1's Good Morning, TV3's The Great Food Escape and Food TV's The Best of New Zealand Food. He is the Auckland based consulting Chef to Air New Zealand and also a keen musician, playing trumpet with the Auckland Symphony Orchestra.
His seamless combination of kiwi accessibility with European culinary technique is what enables Geoff to deliver such outstanding kitchen delights season after season.
